What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, please get in touch — we’ll do our best to make it right.
Returns:
Refunds are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in resealable packaging. We’re unable to offer exchanges at this time.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we kindly ask that all returns are sent using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund accordingly.

Custom pieces are made uniquely for you. Due to their handcrafted nature, all custom order sales are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please ensure all details are correct and confirmed before placing your order.
How long do custom orders take to arrive?
Each custom order is made just for you. Because every piece is poured, set, and finished by hand, custom orders take a little longer to prepare.
Processing Time: Please allow 7–10 working days before dispatch.
Shipping: Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using your selected delivery method, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

How do I use the oils, and are they safe to use with Kindlegrain candles?
Yes, our oils are completely safe when used with Kindlegrain candles. Simply add a few drops directly into your Kindlegrain pearled wax before lighting, or enjoy them in a diffuser or other self-care moments.
We make things that work better and last longer. Our products solve real problems with clean design and honest materials.
How much oil should I use?
Start with 3–5 drops per candle, then adjust based on how strong you like your scent. Our oils are highly concentrated, so a little goes a long way.
